Slit in foam allows knee flexion while seated and side-lying. Hand strap slips through slots in wedge, controls the amount of knee flexion allowed, and assists user in positioning. Slit can be modified to allow greater flexion and foam can be carved for custom fit. Open-cell foam is 6" (15cm) thick. Latex free.
